The term “Customer” refers to a person or organization whose name is listed in the document’s “Customers Details” section.

The term ‘company’ refers to Casa Creation Marketing Pte Ltd, its assigns and successor

The Company reserves the rights to charge customers for repairs or void warranty if the fault is due to customer’s improper handling/usage/unauthorized repair/alteration/ modification of equipment and any other act as may deemed

The deposit shall not be refundable

product shall remain a property of Casa Creation Marketing Pte Ltd unless full payment is made or Unless is a rental package.

The Company is not liable of system break down or bad quality of water if customer do not use our filter or parts

In the event whereby Customer is unable to make the balance payment for not more than 6 months , which resulted in the delay of operations, all previous payment made and deposit will be forfeited

Exchange policy: If any defects are discovered during installation or after installation, we will exchange them.

Our installation will be within 7 working days unless otherwise stated. example stocks shortage issue or festive holidays

Customer hereby confirms that it will not hold Casa creation marketing pte ltd and/or its representatives, such as the installer, liable for any damages incurred during the Product installation process.

Customer is responsible for informing us if any drilling is required for the installation of the Product (i.e. water purifier), including the type of countertop material (i.e. quartz, granite, marble, sintered surface, concrete, etc.) or engaging their own contractor to assist with the necessary drilling works if it is during the renovation.

If the customer is unable to make it for the appointment, they must notify us in writing; otherwise, the appointment will be considered forfeited and will charge a transportation fee @ $50 for the next trip. The Customer agrees that it will not hold Casa creation marketing pte ltd liable in any way for any delays caused by the lapsed cycle of the installation appointment due to customer changes.

The Company reserves all rights to impose charges for services on Product which are outside of the warranty and extended warranty coverage. The Company also reserve the right to decline Product servicing where the Product is no longer deemed serviceable or replaceable for any reason.

The Customer agrees to provide Casa Creation Marketing Pte Ltd with all personal data relating to the Customer (“Personal Data”) that is requested on the form in order for this Agreement to be performed. The Personal Data you provide will be used and processed in accordance with Casa Creation Marketing Pte Ltd’s data privacy policy.

Return & Exchange Policy

Should you require a return/exchange, the request has to be submitted via email to sales@skmagic.sg within 7 days from date of purchase/receiving your online purchase.

Kindly fulfil the return/exchange request within the stipulated time frame to ensure validity, strictly no extensions will be allowed due to system limitations.

1. Return/exchange are only accepted after we have approved the request.

Upon our approval, you may return your item(s) to us for store credits, which comes with a three-month validity period.

Returns must be done within 7 days from date of purchase/receiving your online purchase.

To be eligible for return/exchange, the item(s) must be in its original conditions received, brand new in box, sealed in its original packaging with tag(s) and a valid receipt.

SK Magic Singapore reserves the rights to reject any exchange/returns should the above conditions not be fulfilled and you will be responsible to arrange for your own delivery service to retrieve the items back.

2. Reimbursement & Processing Time

Your return will be processed as store credits equivalent to the purchase price within 5-7 business days from when we receive it. We do not provide cash refunds for any return orders and delivery fees, if any, won’t be refunded.

3. Exclusions

Sale/discounted items, items purchased with promotional codes and custom items are final and cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.

4. Incorrect/Defective Items Received

We sincerely apologise if you received an incorrect or defective item.

In the case of an incorrect or defective item received, kindly email to sales@skmagic.sg and state your order number and attach snapshots of the defect clearly and our customer service agent will attend to you within 1-3 business days.

Any defective exchange/return requested after the timeframe of 7 working days of receiving your order will not be accepted.

To be eligible for exchanges/returns, the item(s) must be in its original conditions received, brand new in box, sealed in its original packaging with tag(s) and a valid receipt.

SK Magic Singapore will arrange for a one-to-one exchange if the defective item is available.

In the event that defective item is unavailable, a refund via store credits will be issued.
