Yes. JIKSOO Rich is an ice-making water purifier,hence, it will need a water outlet to flush out the residual water from the melted ice.

There are two different sizes of ice that can be made.

For big ice cubes, it will take around 16 minutes to make 6 large ice cubes.

For small ice cubes, it will take around 12 minutes to make 6 small ice cubes.

Our specialist will help to change the filters when we come over for servicing and maintenance for FREE.

It is advised to change the filters every 6 months.

We can deliver & install in the next 2-3 business working days. If the schedule allows, we can do it even the next day!
